What does "I'll do it in the 20% area for industry southernmost peninsula not just that one part." mean? You can industrialize anywhere you want, as long as there are environmental restrictions. Military installations be on the tip though.

I am hesitant to do that as that would enable you to control the Malacca Strait, one of the most vital straits in the world. It would also expand your nation beyond 200,000 square miles.

Although this brings up an interesting topic. I will be opening a new thread for colonization and foreign policy sometimes. When that happens, you can colonize/ conquer those places, I will be the leader of the native country. We will "fight" and than see who will win. If you win, you get those areas. I will telegram you that when I open the thread. I need more people in the map to open the thread.
